I used to work at the IBM building behind Hoffbrau Steakhouse.
During night and overnight shifts, people, including me would hear footsteps while in the bathroom, also children laughing.
Every time I would go to the 3rd floor I felt like I was being watched.
One of the cleaning guys there stated he has seen a young girl, as well as a shadow figure.
