I lived at 1301 N. Spring for three years and it was definitely off there too!
At the time my 8 kids were younger and I was not financially able to move out. But it went from small things happening to big things and voices speaking out of thin air. Horrible..horrible place to live.
The last month we lived there a body was found in a garage that was directly across the street from us. Had been there for months according to how long she was missing. I was all the way done after that.
