"so I saw something very similar [to a fuzzy ball of static] back in 2003 go over (edit)Hastings and Broadway out by Thompson Park.
It was late, we hauled but down Hastings and the Potter county sheriff was going across the field by the ol Carthel Race track where Grand and Hastings meet at the curve. I swear it landed out there.
A sheriff told us to leave when we pulled up on the back side on the trails by the trailer park to go look."
